Putty Shaker
A contemporary take on the Shaker kitchen was the perfect match for this 1930's period home.
Our customers are a young couple who have completely renovated a 1930’s house in Buckhurst Hill. The modern Shaker style brings a clean and fresh look to the space whilst staying true to the traditional features of their home.
As you would expect the kitchen includes all the requirements of modern living with the latest appliances, a neat touch is the hob with a downdraft extractor which means there is no need for an overhead unit this adds to the feeling of space and light.
The kitchen is finished with Urban Shaker cabinets in Putty with a Quartz stone worktop in Carrera Misterio. Bosch ovens and a Siemens Induction hob with downdraft extractor complete the look.
We also particularly like the stacked washing machine and dryer behind tall units in the kitchen, maximising space and making them easily accessible.
