Our client wanted to update her kitchen from a traditional style to something more modern. Although her existing kitchen (also from Urban Myth) was in perfect condition it was over 15 years old.
As well as design update our client wanted to create entertaining space and light in the new kitchen whilst also being family friendly.
With help from our designers and our realistic CAD design visuals she was able to imagine the new kitchen in place and make key decisions on layout and finishes with certainty.
Urban Style handleless tall and wall units in matt Lava Grey and Brilliant White Gloss base units. A tinted black glass roller shutter unit conceals glass wall shelves in one corner. Appliances include Quooker boiling water tap, Siemens ovens, induction hob, fridge & freezer and Falmec downdraft extractor.
We are extremely proud of this modern transformation. This bespoke kitchen is sleek and sophisticated, making the most of the natural light available and also providing substantial storage options so that it's easy to keep clutter free. A world away from the previous design (see before photos here).
The seating area has been integrated into the peninsular kitchen island with a breakfast bar on one side to provide a perfect view of the cooking action. The addition of a downdraft extractor allows for uninterrupted clean lines enhancing the modern aesthetic and creating a fantastic entertaining space.
Another feature included in this kitchen is the roller shutter unit. This hidden storage solution is perfect for concealing small appliances such as toasters or microwaves, maintaining the sleek look of the contemporary kitchen. A socket can be placed inside the unit so that the appliance doesn't have to be moved far when in use.
No surprise that our client is absolutely delighted with her new kitchen and said " A smooth process from start to finish".
