Our process
Working closely with your team we provide a complete kitchen design, manufacture and installation service, creating kitchens that maximise space, stay on budget and inspire your home buyers.

Consultation
Our experienced contract specific team will guide you through the entire process, making recommendations on specification to ensure that the product meets with your purchasers’ expectations. They will be your dedicated point of contact, keeping you informed throughout.

Design
All Urban Myth kitchen designs are subject to numerous design reviews before these are sent to you the client. This ensures that all aspects are carefully considered and that we provide the best possible kitchen solution every time.
When all designs are approved by the client, we then provide our quotations, along with mood boards, computer generated visuals and selector units to give your sales team the tools to help your buyers visualise their potential purchase.

Manufacture
We are proud to be able to offer a complete kitchen range manufactured in our own factory in Essex.
As everything is made ‘in-house’, our prices remain extremely competitive without compromising on quality.

On Site Management
A site supervisor will be assigned to your project, and will attend your site at different stages throughout the build to check services and confirm finished dimensions.
This level of site supervision also ensures that every aspect of work relating to our package is correct prior to our installers attendance on site – thus making the process far more efficient and avoiding potential delays.

Delivery & Installation
Our logistics co-ordinator will attend your site to discuss access and arrange the delivery schedule. On the agreed dates our staff will arrive in liveried vehicles to deliver your kitchens ready for installation.
All our installers are CSCS approved and our policy is to use the same team of installers throughout the project to ensure both consistency and quality.
Our documented sign-off process gives you our quality assurance and ensures that we are meeting your expectations at each stage of installation.

On completion
We leave our care and information booklet in every kitchen we install, primarily to answer most of the questions your buyers have about their new kitchen but also to ensure they have our contact details.
It makes more sense for our dedicated after service department to help your customers with any aspect of their kitchen taking one more thing off your mind. The information booklet is also available to download here.

Health & Safety
We understand that you need to trust your kitchen contractor to work within a clearly defined health and safety framework, that is why we are accredited by SMAS as part of the SSIP and are happy to provide our health and safety policy on request.
