Chigwell Grove
Urban Myth designed, manufactured and installed 60 high specification kitchens within this exclusive gated development in Chigwell, Essex.
We are delighted to be working with the Anderson Group on this development.
The main aim was to build a school for children with Autism. To enable this build a minimum number of residential houses have been built.
Chigwell Grove consists of 60 new homes that create a residential community arranged around a broad green space, reflecting a typical Essex village plan.
The massing of different house styles is creative, as is the ‘roofscape’, which, like the school, is carefully blended into its surroundings.
In keeping with the individual style of the development, we designed 5 different schemes that are tailored to the style of each group of homes.

Handle-less Stone grey cabinets with Santos Grey tall unit, Yukon & Santos Grey worktops and white glass splashbacks.
Scheme B
Silver Grey and Ultra-gloss White with Lyra stone worktops and Grey mirror splashbacks.
Scheme C
Gloss stone Grey and Sherwood Veneer units, Blanco Maple stone worktops and Classic Brown glass splashbacks

Rovere matrix & Gloss Grey units with Steel coloured stone worktops and Silver mirror splashbacks
