Charles Baker Place

In the heart of Bellevue Village by Wandsworth Common, Charles Baker Place is a new development by Chester Row of nine family homes comprising an unusual variety of houses.

Located on Wiseton Road, beside Wandsworth Common and a short walk to the boutique shops, art galleries and cafes of Bellevue village is Charles Baker Place. Nestled between the Victorian Terraces that you would expect to find in South West London are nine new build homes finished to the highest specification and detail.

The façades of some of the original buildings have been restored so that this development doesn’t disrupt the look of the established neighbourhood of traditional homes it sits alongside. The interiors include all the mod cons you expect from a new development — and then some, smart thermostats, media rooms, underfloor heating, garden studios and top-end kitchen appliances.

We are proud to have designed and installed all nine kitchens in this prestigious development. Space and light are the two features that Chester Row wanted to maximise in this development. Many of the houses have natural light flooding in from the garden or balconies and by using fresh and modern colour palettes for the kitchens we added to the spacious feel of the open plan rooms.

The other two houses are finished in Cashmere and Grey Acacia with Vortium worktops and Classic Brown glass splashbacks and White with Grey Acacia units, Unsui and Tigis Worktop with Low Iron Grey Glass splashbacks.

These compact kitchens still pack a punch as they include everything you need, neatly tucked away but still easily accessible.

Two kitchens have been finished in Light Grey Gloss with either Yukon stone worktops with a pencil edge and Yukon stone splashbacks or Blanco pencil edge worktop and Steel Grey splashback (pictured). The final kitchen has been designed with our Sahara gloss units and Cafe pencil edge stone worktop and Light Brown glass splashbacks.
